TAX STATUS

Big Hearts Day Habilitation Center is a nonprofit corporation and has its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.  Donors can deduct contributions under Section 170.  Big Hearts is also qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
